Each design is charged differently depending on the detail you would like the design to have and deadline for the project. To request a quote click here.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
Paypal, business checks, personal checks, and money orders.
Q: What is the clients involvement in the design process?
Our main objective is to put your imagination into reality. The client is in total control on the outcome of the design from start to finish.
Q: How will I receive my project once it has hit the final stage?
Depending on the size of the file the design will be send directly from the company’s email or through SendSpace.com
Q: What are the different image file types used for?
Typical uses are listed below by file type:
.bmp - printable, high resolution file
.eps - printable, high resolution file
.jpg - higher resolution web file (not typically printable resolution)
.gif - lower resolution web file-can have transparent background
.png - higher resolution alternative to .gif files (not always compatible)
.psd - layered high resolution file (used by print shops)
.pdf - high resolution file for printing
.tif - high resolution file (typically photos)
Q: What is dpi and ppi?
Both are measurements of an image’s resolution. Basically it’s the amount of information stored in each image-measured by pixels per inch (ppi) or dots per inch (dpi). The higher the number, the higher (or better) the resolution.
Q: I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job already in production is interrupted by a rush job, we reserve the right to add an additional 50% – 100% on top of the normal price.
